Our delivery fee is $25, but you qualify for free delivery when you spend over $499. Additional charges apply for immediate delivery services

Yes, we can hold your order for up to one year until your house is ready. If you need delivery earlier, please let us know at least 2 weeks in advance

Yes, exchanges are possible. The new item must be of the same value or higher (e.g., a $499 purchase can be exchanged for $499 or more). Exchanges are accepted within 3 days after delivery.

Yes, we’re responsible for addressing any defects. We can repair the bean bag or provide a replacement, subject to availability.

That returns are not accepted for custom-made bean bags, as production begins immediately upon receipt of your order. However, we do offer the option to exchange for a different design, subject to our exchange policy.

Most bean bags come pre-filled with high-quality beans. We also sell refill packs if you wish to adjust the firmness or replace old fillings.

No,Keep beanbags at beanbag. lt  comes with a waterproof  inner cover so you will have  to just remove the outer cover and wash the outer cover without bothering to take out the beans out of the beanbag.

Yes, most of our bean bag covers are removable and machine washable. Please check the care instructions provided with each product.
